Hilton is survived by his children, Cecilia Tinker, sons: Hilton  Owen Tinker, Jr., and Sean Tinker, grandchildren Issac Weston, Jr.,(Maureen Love), Bryson Tinker (Natalie), Meygan Tinker, Jossey Tinker, Ryan Tinker and Brooke Duke, nine great grandchildren, Issac III, Mariah, Freedom, Shaylynn, Zhyon, Quinn, Callan, Rowen and Declan, daughter-in-law Betty Tinker.
