Mary C. Jones

Mary C. Jones, 84, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away on February 9, 2024, at a local residential care facility. Born on February 27, 1939, in St. Joseph, Mary was the beloved daughter of Raymond and Anna Marie Gales.

Mary was a loving mother to her son Thomas Gales and a doting grandmother to Ogden Gales and Mimi Palmer. She is survived by her sister Marquita Gales, niece Candance Gales, nephew Gene Cluke, extended family Kevin Banks, and a host of other relatives.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Anna Marie Gales, a sister Susie Cluke, nephews Jerry Cluke and Cord Gales.

A woman of faith, Mary's kindness and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy of love and compassion will be deeply missed.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the Bullock Family Funeral Chapel, followed by interment at Ashland Cemetery. Family visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday. The service will be live-streamed at bullockffc.com.
