ST. JOSEPH
Matthew Michael Wolfing of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed March 13, 2024, at a Kansas City, Missouri hospital. Matthew was born in St. Joseph to Robert Gene Wolfing, Jr., and Anita M. Lopez. He received his GED in St. Joseph, and was employed by New Way Home Health in Kansas City, Missouri.
Matthew was preceded in death by his father, Robert Gene Wolfing, Jr. His love and kindness towards his family and friends will be forever remembered.
His life will be celebrated by his son, Nehemiah Wolfing, Ottumwa, Iowa, mother Anita M. Lopez, Independence, Mo., sisters Kristen Britain, Kansas City, Mo., Rochelle Arnold, Elwood, Kansas, Aleesha Wolfing, bothers Connor and Trentin Wolfing, all of Lincoln, Nebraska, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial and celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. March 29, 2024 at Bullock Family Funeral Chapel.
