He work as a clerk in the retail sales industry. Obadiah was preceded in death by his parents Leslie Obadiah Jones, Connie Rideau, and a sister Cynthia Jones.

He leaves to celebrate his home going, his daughters Page and Emma Jones, siblings Aaron Rideau, Narisha Sariah, Arielle Rideau, Olando Grimes, Corey Grimes, Benithia Jones, Tiffany Jones, Lynetta Jones and a host of other relatives.
